Yes, you could be eligible for admission based on combination of various factors like your English Scores in SSC and Intermediate levels and the board from which you gained these qualifications.   5) Is it true that Universities that do not make IELTS or TOEFL mandatory for admission are low grade Universities?
This is a myth and does not stand true for all Universities.   6) If my visa is rejected for one country, will it affect my visa application for another country?
No, each embassy views your study visa application based on the personal merit of your application. Our experience says that as long as your previous visa application was not refused based on the grounds of false documents and/or misleading or false information, it does not affect your current visa application.

  7) What are the best practices of Visa application?
Be genuine – submit only true and original documents.
Provide all relevant information for the visa officer to take an informed decision.
Clearly explain any gaps in education or post education and give honest details.

  8) What should be completely avoided in Visa application?
Do not submit any false or fake document – all documents can be verified and fake documents can be detected. If your visa application is rejected on the basis of fake document, getting visa for countries like USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand becomes almost impossible.

Do not mask any previous visa refusal in current visa application. Embassies verify and trace previous visa applications to other embassies. If you fail to declare previous visa rejection if any in your current visa application, your current visa application will be rejected on the grounds of providing misleading / false / misguiding information.

Do not try to cover up gaps after your education with fake work experience letters. Embassies ask for details of employment including experience certificate, confirmation of salary account, IT Returns and may even call you for an interview to check your work knowledge. In case of gap after education, declare it in your visa application and explain the genuine reason behind the gap.

Do not be under the myth that if you change your passport your previous visa refusal can be covered. In fact whenever embassies receive a passport with an old passport number mentioned in the back page, it gives rise to suspicion and thus leads to thorough verification of any previous visa application.
